The City of Williamsburg provides water, sewer, and trash services for City residents.
If you are outside the city limits, you should call City Hall for availability.
Water meters are read around the 25th of the month and bills are issued by the 5th of the following month. Several payment options are available. Customers may pay at City Hall, Drop Box, USPS, ACH, or Auto Payments. We accept cash, check, credit or debit card.
Utility Information
Payments are due on the 15th of each month by close of business, 3PM. Late charges will be applied to accounts not paid by 3PM on the due date. Accouts not paid by 3PM on the 25th of the month will be scheduled for disconnection and a $50.00 charge will be applied to the outstanding balance. If the due date falls on a non workday, holiday, or weekend bills are due the next business day.
